" After two decades of clinical practice this is the most effective, realistically sustainable and PLEASANT exercise form that I have come across and can recommend to patients. Doing the Instructors Course with Nordic Academy NZ (www.nordicacademy.co.nz) was time and money well spent from both personal and professional perspectives. For those wanting an effective rehabilitation platform for injury recovery or weight loss this should offer valuable alternatives. But hear this; the right technique is essential. It’s not hard but is essential, so invest in it and then reap the rewards.”

Podiatrist, Owner of the Foot Specialist Centre, Wellington-NZ
